Timely and accurate quality inspection and record keeping on incoming raw material.
- Timely and accurate quality inspection of incoming semi finished material from job worker.
- Proper checking of job cards.
- Ensure timely and proper in process QC inspection and data recording as per the standard frequency.
- Ensure accurate final quality inspection before dispatch.
- Responsible for ensuring minimum quality complaints from clients.
- Impart training to the operators pertaining to improvement in quality and reducing errors and wastage.
- Take preventive and correction action as and when required.
- Maintain proper records and data.
- Ensure that quality systems and SOPs are followed during manufacturing.
- Minimize wastage during production by improving quality, reducing defects.
- Handle quality audits by external agencies / clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
