**Job brief**

We are looking for a creative designer who has a knack in designing tools which support skill development and educational aid for learning, with a passion for developmental and educational genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market and target audiences.

You will be required to turn a game idea into a working concept and then a prototype in a fast moving environment. You may be asked to define product specifications, creating digital or print drawings and designing fully-functional products. You should have an eye for details and be able to translate requirements into practical product features within the scope of our organization.

You will be involved in various aspects of tool’s creation from concept to finished product including design, prototyping, testing and visual schematics. We are looking for someone with a diverse group of backgrounds. From early opportunity identification to concept development and iterations to go-to-market strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Translate requirements into simple and efficient concepts.
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Construct the clinical base on which the concept shall be based.
- Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features
- Develop production timelines and determine milestones
- Work with copywriters and creative team to produce final design
- Generate original tool ideas
- Contribute to the design and visual features of the tool
- Create tests and validation procedures to assure the intended outcome

**Requirements and skills**
- Have a natural curiosity about people and games & play experiences
- Proven working experience in creative designing or designing curriculum based tools for kids
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
- Hands on experience with creating curriculum based practice material
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
- High level knowledge of the game and its components
- (optional) Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details of the designing process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Possess ability to work independently and within a team environment and identify critical and highest impact tasks.
- Up-to-date with the latest learning trends, techniques, best practices and technologies in the domain of special needs
- Relevant certification(s) and Portfolio of sample projects.
- Product Design/Game Design/Creator/Industrial Designer/Toy Designer

**Salary**: ₹180,908.39 - ₹748,775.10 per year
