**Profile Introduction**:

- As a Marketing Executive in the hotel/resort industry, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our establishment, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue. This position requires a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies for the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Organize and oversee events, both on-site and off-site, to promote the hotel/resort.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies.
