**JOB Description - Doctor (General Physician)**

A Medical Doctor (MBBS) working in a university setting will primarily focus on providing healthcare services to students and staff, their responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting routine check-ups, providing preventive care, and maintaining patients records and contribute to the overall health and well-being of the university community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:

- Conducting medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
- Prescribing and administering medications, therapies, and treatments.
- Providing preventive care, including health education and vaccinations.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Referring patients to specialists when necessary.

**Health Promotion**:

- Developing and implementing health promotion programs and initiatives for students and staff.
- Educating the university community on various health topics.
- Promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviours.
- May be involved in administrative tasks related to the university's health services, such as managing patient records, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical school.
- Valid medical license (Registered Medical Practitioner) to practice as an MBBS Doctor.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
