**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement personalized workout programs tailored to individual member goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress.
- Lead group classes, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility sessions.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, safety, and equipment usage.
- Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Assist in promoting and executing gym events and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of fitness training principles, nutrition, and exercise science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
