Immediate joining
- Maintain company accounts, invoices and bills
- Day to day admin activities
- Coordinating with finance team to get the payment released for all the vendors.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Attendance Report Maintain register.
- Renewal of AMC contracts, Bills verification, follow up of Bills, tender filling, can manage projects & clients, related work etc.
- To handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation,
- Maintain employee files and records in hard and soft copy.
- You should be proficient with MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Hindi typing will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years
Qualification
- MBA HR, Graduate, BE
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
