**Full job description**

**Job Purpose**:
To manage day-to-day store operations, ensure efficient inventory control, and support timely issuance and receipt of materials to meet project or production requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate stock records through timely entries in the inventory system.
- Monitor inventory levels, initiate requisitions for replenishment, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- **Material Handling**:

- Supervise and assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure materials are stored safely, labeled correctly, and organized for easy retrieval.
- Handle sensitive and high-value items with proper documentation.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain inward and outward registers, issue slips, stock ledgers, and GRNs.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to higher management.
- Ensure documentation complies with internal and audit standards.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with procurement, logistics, project, and accounts teams for timely material movement.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and material return requests.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Implement safety protocols for handling and storing hazardous or heavy materials.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the storage area.
- Comply with ISO, safety, and audit standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
