We are seeking a Graphic Designer, who will be designing a wide variety of things. To be successful in this position, you will be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
- Designing Brand Identity, Web/Mobile App Pages, Prototype, Brochures, Product Catalogue, Policy Books/Manual, Magazine Covers, Annual Reports, Creatives for Social Media, Advertisements And Other Communication Materials.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangements, shapes, types of shapes, and styles, and presenting them for approval.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Technical: A knowledge of both typography and colour theory is critical. Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Quark etc.)
- Communication: Must be able to confer advice and suggestions as well as be able to grasp with the concept.
- Time Management: Managing Juggling with several projects almost simultaneously. Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
- Teamwork: Must be able to collaborate and connect with others when work is part of a design team.
- Learning: An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

**Other Skills**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good writing skills, knowledge composition for editing and knowledge of grammar for proofreading.
- An in-depth look for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically with effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field..
- Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training.

**Preferred But Not Mandatory**
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
