**Job Title: Income Tax Assistant (Entry-Level)**
**Work Location**: Client [Brigade Magnum, Kodigehalli Gate, Bangalore, Karnataka]
**Payroll Company**: Pro Team Solutions Private Limited
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months of internship or work experience in a CA firm
**Gender Preference**: Male
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
**Skills Required**: Basic Knowledge of Income Tax, Proficiency in Excel, Attention to Detail

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of individual and corporate income tax returns.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing client tax-related documents.
- Support in tax planning and compliance activities for clients.
- Conduct basic research on tax-related queries and provide assistance to senior team members.
- Prepare Excel sheets for tax calculations, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
- Assist with tax audits and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Communicate with clients regarding tax documentation and filing requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com or equivalent).
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of internship or work experience in a CA firm, preferably in the tax department.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **Income Tax** and relevant tax regulations.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, data analysis, creating reports).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
