Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in the field of teaching.
- Knowledge of basic computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail etc.) is a must.
- Fluent in Spoken & Written English, Hindi
- Excellent people management and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to surrounding areas across schools
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience in leading a team is preferred.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Lead a team of 8 - 10 teachers in the specific program to meet the course objectives.
- Ensuring proper functioning of the program in 8-10 schools supported by D-Mart.
- Observe class lessons and provide feedback to the concerned teachers.
- Collect and validate Data from the classrooms/schools.
- Support the Program Associate and Program Manager in conducting training workshops.
- Supports the teachers in dealing with issues related to stakeholders
- Providing weekly reports about Computer labs/libraries to the Program Team.
- Facilitating escalation process at ground level.
- Scheduling by weekly visits to schools for observation and feedback.
- Meet Headmaster/Head Mistress and school teachers to understand program impact and issues related to the program.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
