Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist for Interior Projects

Location: Chandigarh

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our interior projects and attract potential clients.

2. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

4. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

5. Manage social media channels and online platforms to showcase our interior projects and engage with our audience.

6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our interior design services.

8. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and meet sales targets.

9. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.

10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
