Job Title: Lighting & Shading artist

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ Years

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Producing benchmark materials and textures using Substance Designer
- Help create and maintain a texture and shader library that meets the aesthetic and technical goals of the project
- Produce high-quality PBR textures for the 3d models, ensuring the product looks photorealistic & works well in Glb & Usdz formats.
- Create high-quality, accurate models and UVs based on initial concepts and reference
- Implement improvements/changes based on review feedback and Supervisor/Lead direction.
- Ensure continuity and support other asset departments such as QA & modelling.
- Work with the team to execute the desired look of complicated CG models, including - Wollen puff stools, handmade sculptures, Fabrics, etc.
- Responsible for creating seamless non repetitive textures, in the completion of CG organic models and hard-surface models used in production.
- Good sense of visualization for different product scene setup.
- Most importantly the product must look hyper-realistic when it is rendered.

**What are We looking for?**
- knowledge of 3D modelling, shading & texturing software.
- Software knowledge - Blender, unity 3d, substance designer, Marvellous 3d.
- An eye for detail and good visualization skills
- Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
- Extensive knowledge of realistic material properties & how to achieve them in different ways.
- Some familiarity with AR toolsets.
- Good communication skills
- Technical diploma from a 3d institution or a degree in fine arts
- Some scripting experience will be an added bonus
