**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and meeting safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations
- Train and supervise production staff, including machine operators, assemblers, and other production workers
- Schedule and plan production activities to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure adequate supplies are available to support production
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production processes, quality control, and safety
- Identify and troubleshoot production problems, working with other departments to develop solutions and prevent future issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, and communicate production results to management

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment, as well as quality control and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
