Civil Supervisor

As a Civil Diploma Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Conduct quality control inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in construction projects.
- Fluent in English and Kannada.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
