**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitoring Inventory effectively & controlling all sites stores by the means of reports, analysis
- Coordinating with inter and intra region sites to pull in & push surplus Inventory to needy sites
- Monitoring In-transit Inventories, site stores Mob. & Demob. Activities.
- Informing Inventory Ageing >90days analysis to sites & obtaining liquidation plan for monitoring at region.
- Receipts and issues process and accountability.
- **Declarations & MIS**:

- Declaration of MM closure to HO Materials at the end of every month
- Submission of Monthly MIS to ROH, Director & HO Materials on or before 07th of next month
- **Physical stock verification**:

- Monitoring physical stock verification of Bulk materials on monthly basis and perpetual inventory count of inside stores items on monthly & quarterly basis for all items.
- Exception reporting to ROH & HO Materials for PSV variations (shortages & excess qty)
- **Process & other guidelines**:

- Ensure implementation of system & procedures of ISO standards at all site stores
- Circulation of HO guidelines to site stores
- **Support Activities**:

- Supporting sites for resolving ERP related issues in coordination with ERP Team
- Scrutinizing Disposal & MM role template of sites assigning rights
- Analyzing ERP data of sites & informing deviations to concerns for rectification
- Ensuring site stores infrastructure as per guidelines
- Timely completion of special assignments related to Disposal & Inventory management
- Coordinating with project IN charge to assess requirement of stores manpower based on size, stage of project and nature & volume of activities
- **Audit**:

- Ensuring timely Audit Report Compliances at Sites and update to ROH & HO Materials
- Assuring NO non-compliance related to Stores function
- Conduct periodical functional review of site stores
- **Disposal**:

- Organizing disposal of scrap materials (other than metal) from Head office
- Follow up with planning /commercial to allocate qty for disposal along with reconcile sheet.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as link between Site stores & HO
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of Site Stores responsibilities
- **Training & performance monitoring**:

- Ongoing performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to stores personnel.
- Conducting Training sessions for Stores Team
- Strive towards building a culture of error free, accurate and online records for stores

Store Keeper

Freshers also Eligible and 1+ years of experience in Real Estate

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
