Job Title**:Three-Wheeler Driver for Transport (TR License Mandatory)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a three-wheeler vehicle in a safe and responsible manner to transport passengers or goods to their destinations.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle, performing regular cleaning and maintenance checks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and alighting, addressing inquiries, and ensuring passenger comfort throughout the journey.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger fares, and submit reports as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to passengers, if applicable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company to customers and the public.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
- Follow instructions from dispatchers or supervisors regarding routes, schedules, and pickup/drop-off locations.
- Stay informed about road and weather conditions to ensure safe driving practices at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid TR (Three-Wheeler) license for operating three-wheeler vehicles.
- Previous experience as a three-wheeler driver or similar role in the transport sector preferred.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and strength to load and unload goods, if applicable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
