**Your key responsibilities**:

- Perform Support/ Development task as assigned
- Acting as 2nd level support for providing issue resolution to assigned user incidents
- Incident management & assignment
- Execute tasks raised through Trackers assigned accordingly
- Adhering to Goals and targets assigned as per the TPP
- Analysing & reporting incident trends & persistent issues for further evaluation
- Recording & Reporting on user’s issue trends (CAD specific)
- Participating in Release update sessions. Observing knowledge updates for PLM/CAD apps & Domain requirements
- Participating in KeyUser communication & interaction and recording their concerns for further actions
- Identifying, documenting & recommending alteration to AMS-KeyUser-User as per Gap analysis
- Participating in Deployment and release management activities
- Identifying and reporting skill/knowledge gaps in the AMS team.
- Responsible for identifying the areas which can be transferred to first level support to improve the first contact resolution. Arrange Technical training for first level support if needed.
- Planning & organizing trainings as per AMS team skill/knowledge gaps
- Analysing & reporting incident trends & persistent issues for further evaluation
- Identifying issue based current trends for Problem classification assignment
- Analysing Processes (Viz. incidents management process/Problem management process) & suggesting amendments to the processes

**What we expect from you**:

- **B.Tech/B.E. - IT, Computer, Mechanical./ MCA**:

- **Good knowledge of Software delivery life cycle (Must)**:

- **Hands on Unix & MySQL usage (Must)**:

- Hands on experience of Any one the CAD system (NX or AutoCAD or Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor)
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving techniques with innovative ideas.
- Good English communication skills and able to handle up quickly the multicultural environment
- Nice to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
