Fashion Photographer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Photographer to join our team at Needles Magic. As a Fashion Photographer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our designs to life through captivating imagery. From conceptualizing photo shoots to directing models and creating visual narratives, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to produce high-quality images that showcase our clothing in the best possible light.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and plan photo shoots for new collections and campaigns.

2. Scout locations, props, and set designs that complement the aesthetic of each collection and enhance the visual impact of our clothing.

3. Direct and guide models during photo shoots to capture the desired mood, poses, and expressions that showcase our designs effectively.

4. Use lighting, composition, and styling techniques to create visually striking images that highlight the craftsmanship, details, and textures of our garments.

5. Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

6. Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality control throughout the photography process, from shooting to post-production.

7. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in fashion photography, including new equipment, software, and editing tools.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that photography aligns with branding and marketing objectives across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.

9. Manage photography equipment, studio resources, and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.

10. Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the overall visual storytelling and brand identity of Needles Magic.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Fashion Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to capture fashion in a compelling and artistic manner.

3. Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting techniques, and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.

4. Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Creative vision and a passion for fashion, with a keen eye for trends, aesthetics, and innovation.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

9. Experience working with models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other creative professionals is preferred.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
