**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Planning & Lesson Delivery**
- Develop and execute **comprehensive lesson plans** aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB curriculum.
- Teach **English literature, language, poetry, drama, and critical writing skills** to senior secondary students.
- Use **advanced teaching techniques, including debates, discussions, and literary analysis**, to enhance student comprehension.
- Integrate **modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and research-based approaches** to create engaging and effective lessons.
- Encourage students to develop **strong analytical, interpretative, and creative writing skills**.
- Ensure students are well-prepared for **board examinations, entrance exams (CUET, IELTS, SAT, etc.), and competitive tests**.

**2. Student Evaluation & Academic Performance Enhancement**
- Design and administer **tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects** to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide **constructive feedback, personalized guidance, and remedial support** to help students excel academically.
- Maintain **student performance records** and analyze progress through periodic assessments.
- Organize and conduct **extra classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision programs** before examinations.

**3. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**
- Create an **interactive and intellectually stimulating classroom environment**.
- Encourage **class participation, discussions, and independent thinking** among students.
- Foster **discipline, mutual respect, and an inclusive learning space**.
- Identify **students' learning difficulties and adapt teaching methodologies** to suit different learning needs.

**4. Co-Curricular & Literary Activities**
- Organize and guide **debates, elocution competitions, drama, creative writing sessions, and literary fests**.
- Encourage student participation in **school magazines, newsletters, and national-level English Olympiads**.
- Support students in **research, critical analysis, and advanced literature projects**.

**5. Curriculum Development & Academic Excellence**
- Stay updated with **CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board guidelines and modifications in the curriculum**.
- Suggest and incorporate **new texts, literary works, and teaching strategies** to enhance syllabus coverage.

**6. Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Work collaboratively with **other faculty members, counselors, and school administration** to improve academic programs.
- Participate in **curriculum planning, inter-departmental coordination, and school policy discussions**.
- Guide and mentor junior teachers in **effective pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment techniques**.

**7. Parent & Community Interaction**
- Conduct **parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Provide guidance to parents on **supporting their child's academic and linguistic development**.
- Engage in **outreach programs, student counseling, and academic career guidance** for aspiring students.

**8. Examination & Board Preparation**
- Ensure students are thoroughly prepared for **board exams and external assessments** through structured study plans.
- Guide students in **answer-writing techniques, time management, and board examination patterns**.
- Organize **mock exams, model question paper discussions, and revision strategies**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
