We are looking for a **confident and persuasive Telecaller** who can communicate fluently in **English and Hindi**. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products/services to potential customers in Punjab.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer database in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to ensure closure.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.

**Education**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

**Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in English and Hindi** (spoken).
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
