VIDEO EDITOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video Production: Edit and create high-quality videos for political campaigns, including promotional content, interviews, event highlights, and social media clips, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Collaborative Development: Partner with campaign teams to understand narratives and align video content with campaign goals and messaging.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Design and integrate advanced motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video appeal and audience engagement.

Storytelling: Craft compelling visual and audio narratives that connect with target audiences and amplify campaign messages.

Design Recommendations: Advise on appropriate design styles, create reusable templates, and propose innovative creative techniques for each project.

Quality Assurance: Ensure videos meet high production standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and maintain consistency across all outputs.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency.

AI Integration: Utilize AI tools, such as Mid Journey, to streamline workflows and enhance creative outputs.

Soft Skills & Leadership: Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, ensuring effective team collaboration and successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A minimum of 4-5 years in video editing, ideally with a focus on political campaigns or organizations, and fast-paced environments requiring quick turnarounds.

2. Expertise in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, and Bridge. Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other advanced editing and color correction software is a plus.

3. Strong storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for pacing, visual aesthetics, and innovative editing techniques.

4. Proficiency in motion graphics, chroma keying, motion tracking, rotoscoping, match moving, typography, and color correction using tools like DaVinci Resolve.

6. Knowledge and hands-on experience with camera operation and video shooting is highly desirable.

7. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, with a focus on precision and visual impact across all projects.

8. Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies, techniques, and workflows into the editing process.

9. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interpret client briefs and effectively convey ideas and updates.

10. Familiarity with software beyond the Adobe suite and expertise in delivery formats, codecs, and platform requirements are advantageous.

11. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and contribute artistic vision to the editing process, beyond technical execution.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
