**Job Purpose**

Responsible for proper and compliant Documentation, storage, retrieval and reporting.

Also responsible for WH management, operations, safety and compliance

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Ensure document compliance.
- Timely access and retrieval of documents for requirements from multiple Law enforcing agencies.
- Comply with WH safety and security norms for safe keeping of documents.
- Ensuring there is a comprehensive time bound plan chalked out for document shredding and consolidation.
- Warehouse synergy targets are achieved basis timeline outlined.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Ensure TAT for document submission
- Ensure zero penalty payment / zero non-compliance on document submission
- Warehouse savings target is achieved with consolidation of WH
- Achieve the targets for segregation and shredding of documents month on month in line with the budget and ensure savings are accrued.

Quality & Compliance targets are achieved by the partners. There will be quality audits every quarter by central quality team

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Should be able to influence and get buy in circle teams on decisions taken centrally.
- Quick thinking to take immediate steps to fix burning issues and challenges in a time bound manner.
- Be compatible to work with cross functional teams to get deliveries done or respond responsibly - particularly legal, commercial, finance & sales.
- TERM reporting norms and requirement management
