Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Surat

Department: Projects

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes and schedules.
- Organize and attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement project deliverables
- Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Qualifications:

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
