**_Role & Responsibilities:_**
- **_Handle multiple chats at the same time (3+ Active Chats simultaneously)_**:

- **_Respond to the customer queries & issues in timely manner_**:

- **_Provide solution to the customer basis the available help articles and within the policies_**:

- **_Replicate customers issue and report necessary bugs/suggestions/ideas_**:

- **_Provide excellent services to the customers_**:

- **_Work closely with internal departments to provide the required information/support to the customer_**:

- **_Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment_**:

- **_Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies_**:

- **_Upskill to enhance the knowledge time to time and offer support_**:

- **_Upsell existing and sell the relevant/next logical products to the new customers basis their business need/nature of business_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**
- **_Minimum qualifications_**

**_ o_** **_Graduation in any discipline (Pref B.Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with computer course/certification/diploma)_**

**_ o_** **_Freshers are eligible_**

**_ o_** **_Relevant experience in Customer Support through Phone and good in basic technical skills & Sales techniques_**

**_o_** **_Preferred pre-requisites:_**

**_ -_** **_Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_**

**_ -_** **_Analytical skills with customer centric approach_**

**_ -_** **_Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent_**

**_ -_** **_You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)_**

**_ -_** **_Typing speed 40-45 words per minute + 80%+ accuracy_**
