**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and automate the build pipeline.
- Work with developers and release management to Design and implement delivery pipelines.
- Participate in architecture design and implementation of infrastructure monitoring, security, and scaling solutions.
- Ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.

**Process Skills**:

- Maintains a high degree of technical readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements using the latest technologies. Analyzing Risks, Gaps in the existing environment, and resolving them. Should have the capability to Influence others to achieve results
- Take responsibility for one or more than one customer as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Incident Management: Resolve technical and some business incidents independently or with cross-functional teams.
- Problem Management: Proactively and reactively Look for solutions to prevent complex problems from occurring across teams/technologies.
- Change Management: Independently review and Verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customers.
- Patch and Security Management: Provide input to security policies. Proactively monitor the environment for patch compliance. Analyze patches for compatibility with each customer or internal infrastructure environment. Approve patch and security changes.

- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions
- Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or Multifunctional, and address complex issues. Should be able to mentor, motivate and train the co-workers. Trusted advisor inside technology area and recognized outside team/technology area.

- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Experiences**:

- Excellent Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure** Kubernetes** Service (AKS) (at least 3years).
- At least 5 plus year of experience on Azure cloud services (VMs, Vnet, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Resource group, AAD and Access Control (IAM).
- Experience with Kubernetes troubleshooting, RBAC and deployment using helm charts.
- Having good knowledge in cloud deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager.
- Good Exposure to automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gitlab CI, GitHub CICD.
- Practical exposure to creating infrastructure on Cloud platform Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible
- Hands-on experience with Analytics tools, ELK stack, Prometheus.
- Passionate to work on Kubernetes and self-motivated.
