Job Designation: Brand/Graphic Designer

Job Location: Santacruz (W) Mumbai

**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000

Experience: 4 - 5 years

Min 1 - 3 years experience as Graphic designer for any brand

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of branding principles, design theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital and print design processes.

Profile Responsibilities:
**Brand Identity**:

- Develop and maintain the overall visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create and update brand guidelines to communicate design standards and ensure brand integrity.

**Graphic Design**:

- Produce high-quality and innovative graphic designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Design and optimize visual content for online and offline platforms.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with business goals.

**Conceptualization**:

- Develop creative concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the brand message and resonate with the target audience.
- Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs.

**Typography and Color Theory**:

- Have a strong understanding of typography and color theory to create visually pleasing and impactful designs.
- Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance the overall design aesthetic.

**Visual Communication**:

- Communicate complex ideas and concepts visually, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Design infographics and other visual elements to support content and marketing strategies.

**Adaptability**:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our visual communication remains fresh and relevant.
- Quickly adapt to changes in project scope, design feedback, and business priorities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
