**Job Summary**
For a CBSE School, campus located near Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu.
Position reports to the Head of the Department.
Involves coordination with Admin officer and Faculties.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Detailed role as under:

- Making registration for students at the time of admission on every semester.
- Making student records for both new & continuing students on every semester.
- Updating official notices on daily basis.
- Creating & updating master schedule & private lesson schedule.
- Updating module load for all students
- Student & faculty co - ordination
- Academic calendar for every semester.
- Library access for students
- Making replacement class for missed sessions (Class cancellation record maintenance for all the faculty)
- Creating daily basis attendance for students & updating.
- Faculty schedule creation & updation.
- Transcript & grade sheet generation.
- Master record maintenance for transcript issuance
- Exam Schedule making & exam Co - ordination.
- Ensemble listing preparation for all three cycles.
- Student & Parent contact details list preparation on every semester.
- Collecting exam papers from faculty & marks updation in student records.
- Overseeing the classes for smooth operations.
- Collecting feedback from students & Faculty about teaching & learning evaluation,Operations, food & Accommodation.
- Co ordinating with students and faculty during camps &workshops.
- Co ordinating to Academic books purchase on need basis.
- Maintaining messenger groups for student’s communication (Whats app group)
- Faculty issuance record maintenance
- Books issuance for students on every semester.
- Maintaining academic books stock.
- Maintaining student file individually of their academic performance.
- Co ordinating to Conduct placement test for new students during beginning of every semester.
- Co ordinating in hospitality services during absence of operation staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
