- Responsible for monthly business volumes and month end budgets
- Achieve cross sell budgets if any
- Ensuring KYC compliance
- Follow up for timely payment of interest and the principle
- ** Assistance in Gold Valuation and execution of documents/registers**
- Credit Appraisal of Loans
- Cater to Walk In Customers
- Conduct Marketing campaigns as required
- Data Entry in system
- Sourcing new customers, enhancing existing relationships, analyzing needs, cross sell of products & services

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:Graduation/Post-Graduation
- Experience: 2+ yr. exposure in Gold loan sales & service only.
- Need to manage & handling the portfolio of Gold Loan customers
- New customer acquisition for Gold loan
