**ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical**

**5+ years’ of Plant Maintenance experience**

**Should be able to read and interpret **electrical **and electronic circuit **blueprints**, diagrams, and schematics.**

**Should be able to do regular, preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance as well as TPM activity of the plant, equipment and utilities as per the schedule.**

**Resolves breakdown problems handle complaints and provides corrective actions.**

**Should be able to do Root Cause Analysis for any abnormal conditions/failures, take required corrective actions and initiate preventative measures.**

**Assist in installation, commissioning and inspection of new machinery in the plant as per design specifications.**

**Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schudules of various equipment and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment of reliability.**

**Executing breakdown maintenance of Plant Machines & Utility equipments so as to take Corrective action and reduce downtime to minimum**

**Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with optimization of 3 M’s.**

**Executing cost saving techniques/measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in installation expenditures and achieve gross margin argets.**

**Should be familiar with CNC-& VMC Vertical Machining Centre along with SPM’s (Special purpose machine ) Manual & Auto System.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
