Our brand aims to connect with a wide audience, providing valuable insights, entertainment, and engaging stories. We're searching for a charismatic anchor who can bring their personality and energy to our video content and help us grow our online community.

As a Video Anchor for our Instagram and YouTube channels, you will be the face and voice of our brand, creating engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Your role will involve scripting, presenting, and delivering content with confidence and charisma, making each video both informative and entertaining.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present engaging and high-energy video content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Script, plan, and execute creative video ideas that align with our brand’s voice and values.
- Interact with the audience through comments, live sessions, and direct responses, fostering community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends on Instagram and YouTube, adapting content for optimal engagement and audience growth.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure a consistent tone and style across all videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas that keep the channel fresh and exciting.
- Confident, energetic, and charismatic personality with a natural presence on camera.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube, including how to create content that performs well on these platforms.
- A passion for storytelling, with the ability to create relatable, interesting, and shareable content.
- Creative and adaptable with the ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly.
- Previous experience in hosting, presenting, or creating video content is a plus, but not required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable with appearing on camera and speaking in front of a wide audience.
- Ability to produce consistent, quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and content strategies (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Access to a basic home recording setup (camera, microphone, and lighting) or willingness to improve production quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
