**Role**
- To develop 1st in class BMS for new generations EV / HEV Systems including advanced Control algorithms. Through continuous interaction with Hardware, Software and Testing team ensure Software design and development delivery with Quality in committed Time
**A purpose driven role for you**
- Creation and optimization of SOx algorithms for traction battery cells (LFP, NMC and future technologies)
- Define algorithms for cell energy, capacity, SOC, SOH, SOE, SOP, impedance estimation and diagnosis.
- Support BMS ASW team into implementation of algorithms in embedded code.
- Work on Innovative algorithms and research projects to bring future technology to the market.
**A Day in the life**

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- BTech/MTech in Electronics, Computer Science or Chemical. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.
**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink modelling Cell monitoring algorithms and parameters estimation Cell degradation mechanisms and diagnosis
- Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety. E.g. ISO 26262 Knowledge of VECTOR tools like CANOE, CAPL etc.
- Experience in HIL testing Experience of working in ASPICE process capability maturity model, good experience in V-model development process.
- Experience of working in ASPICE process capability maturity model, good experience in V-model development process. Knowledge of advanced SW calculations and signal processing.
- Experience in requirement definition, design, implementation and testing of automotive SW. Experience in Kalman filters, state observers and other advanced control theories.
- Strong skills in mathematical modeling of linear and nonlinear dynamical systems and distributed parameter systems.
- Experienced in dynamic modeling, statistical and machine learning algorithms design.
- Understanding of BMS HW components and integration with SW and algorithms. C/C++ programming experience is a plus.
- Experience in automotive BMS development is a plus.
