Laboratory Technician

After the completion of the induction program, the new appointee will be assigned his or her professional
duties and responsibilities which will be at least but not limited to the following:

- Collection of primary samples, working in hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, serology,
entering reports in LIS, report dispatch, maintaining confidentiality, etc
- Maintenance of all the records and logs, general discipline, laboratory safety, etc
- Maintenance of Quality Management System as per ISO 15189 standards
Terms and conditions:

- Listen and follow with the senior staff regarding the professional duties.
- Inform regarding taking leave in advance.
- If you are planning to leave this job, always give notice to the company one month in advance or in lieu
thereof pay one month’s salary
- You will have to perform duties including emergency duty as and when assigned to you.
- Management has the right to transfer the staff to any CTL centers.
- In addition to all of the above duties, duties can be revised as and when desired by CTL management.
