**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for a wide range of platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.
- Design innovative layouts, infographics, and illustrations to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

**Tool Expertise**:

- Leverage advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to craft high-quality, professional designs.
- Use Canva and Canva Pro for rapid prototyping and creation of engaging social media visuals.

**Content Creation & Optimization**:

- Design digital content that is optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Ensure visual content is SEO-friendly and integrates marketing keywords when necessary.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and reinforce brand identity by ensuring consistency across all design assets and platforms.

**Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to create modern, innovative, and creative designs that meet industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expertise in CorelDRAW, Canva, and Canva Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical design skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Understanding of design optimization for both digital and print formats.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ year in digital marketing (preferably in travel/customer support).
- **Skills**: Proficient in social media, SEO, PPC, content creation, Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- **Other**: Strong communication and creative skills.
