Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching**: Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in English, covering various aspects such as literature, grammar, composition, and language studies.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Provide practical illustrations and examples to help students understand the key concepts in English, particularly in pre-law contexts.
- **Research**: Pursue independent research in the field of English or related areas, and contribute to academic publications.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster an environment of active participation, encouraging students to think critically and creatively. Provide academic guidance and mentorship.
- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in designing and developing new courses, syllabus, and teaching materials.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**: Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and contribute to the broader academic community.

Qualifications:
**Required**:

- **Ph.D. in English** (or related field) OR **Master’s in English** (or relevant discipline) with **NET (National Eligibility Test)** qualification.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, especially in pre-law contexts.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and other office software tools.

**Preferred**:

- Prior teaching experience in English or related fields.
- Ability to incorporate modern teaching methods and technology into the classroom.
- Research and publication experience in English literature, linguistics, or related areas.
- Experience in curriculum development and course design.

Pay: ₹12,018.42 - ₹70,036.56 per month
