Tandoori Master

The Flame Kitchen, a renowned multi-cuisine non-veg restaurant, is seeking a passionate and experienced **Tandoori Chef** to join our culinary team and lead the tandoori section with authenticity, precision, and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of tandoori dishes including kebabs, tikkas, naans, rotis, and grilled meats.
- Operate traditional clay tandoor ovens with precision and safety.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the tandoor section.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and improve tandoori menu items.
- Train and guide junior staff in tandoor techniques and preparation.
- Monitor stock and assist in inventory planning related to tandoor items.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and traditional tandoor techniques.
- Ability to manage the tandoor station independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team-oriented, professional attitude, and commitment to quality.
- Food safety and kitchen hygiene awareness.
