Key Responsibilities:
Accurately review, analyze, and assign codes for medical diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with coding standards.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper coding practices and clarify documentation discrepancies.

Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Assist in streamlining claim submissions and reducing claim denials.

Ensure precise documentation for optimized claim accuracy and revenue cycle management.

Qualifications:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Medical Doctor with coding expertise.

Proficiency in ICD-11 coding systems.

3+ years of experience in medical coding, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Strong command of medical terminology and ability to interpret clinical documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹216,799.59 - ₹600,000.00 per year
