We are hiring **Industrial Designer**

**Job Role: Industrial Designer**
**Qualification: Diploma / BE - Mechanical**
**Work Location: Solar, Erode**

**Shift timing: 9AM - 7PM**
**Skills: Auto CAD, Solid Works, gearing systems**
**Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 (Freshers) 15,000 - 25,000(Experienced based on skills)**

**Facility: Accomodation free, Safety preference, Health care**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**:Generating innovative design concepts for new products, often through sketching or CAD software.
- **Research and Analysis**:Investigating user needs, market trends, and technical advancements to inform design decisions.
- **Prototyping and Testing**:Creating physical or digital prototypes of designs and conducting user testing to refine and improve them.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with engineers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and meet user needs.
- **Presentations**:Preparing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders, clients, and teams for feedback and approval.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of new materials, technologies, and production processes to incorporate into designs.
- **Ensuring Safety and Functionality**:Evaluating product designs for safety, functionality, and manufacturability.
- **Cost Analysis**:Considering production costs, materials, and supply chain factors in the design process.
