**Qualification**: B.Ed. with a strong background in Science

**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years (or more) of teaching experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for secondary classes (Grades 6-10).
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
- Utilize technology and modern teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct periodic assessments, analyze student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage student participation in mathematics-related activities, competitions, and projects.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in faculty meetings, training, and workshops.
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school management regarding academic progress and challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to teach using interactive and student-centric methodologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience with technology-integrated teaching, including smart boards and digital resources.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
