We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Desginer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products and services. **Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences. Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate design solutions.
- **Design Strategy**: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design requirements and goals. Develop design strategies that align with business objectives and target audience. Ensure that design solutions adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing professionals. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for design decisions. Actively participate in design critiques and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX design. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through professional development and self-learning. Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and composition.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
