**Target Creative’s** **Brand Design Lab** is the in-house creative team dedicated to bringing one of the world’s most beloved and recognisable owned brands to life. **About this Opportunity**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Having a strong understanding of packaging design and print production
- Collaborate within and outside of teams to understand project and business requirements and help translate them into effective solutions
- Be able to contribute and lead projects along with art directors, production designers, project managers
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines
- Maintain and organize files and project materials
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years at a Advertising/Design agency
- A completed 3/4-year college degree
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of design capabilities, particularly in print & packaging design
- Understanding of all Adobe creative tools and experience with image compositing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong printing & prepress knowledge
