**Job description**
**Prime Responsibilities**:
- Customer Handling with professional attitude, handle customer grievances and aim for highest customer satisfaction index.
- Providing Proactive information to works manager with respect to customer complaints if any.
- Follow OEM and dealers process to enrich customer satisfaction and dealer profitability.
- Ensure proper billing for the works performed. Ensure invoice and payment from customers and report to record the same.
- In Stock, Usage of stock and Out stock maintenance, spare purchase and usage check.
- Customer service reminder, database updating and handling.
- Accounts handling and reporting.
- Meeting Spare Sales target, service target.
- Coordinating with the floor shop and giving dead lines and make sure vehicle is delivered according to deadlines.
- Handling accident cases and lesioning with the insurance department.
- Handling warranty claims and tax invoice with OEM.
- To increase After Sales service for the department by promoting service offerings with the parts department (example. Extended warranty, service contract, Insurance and RSA.
- Customer Retention Activities - Free Service camps, Customer meet & initial Quality survey etc to fulfill customer desire as well as to achieve satisfaction.
- Managing all service department employees, as well as monitoring their performance for the Region
- Creating goals and new objectives, promoting new and repeat business for the Region
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
