Factory Supervisor

The Job Includes:

- **Supervision of Production**: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure adequate supply and timely delivery.
- **Training and Development**: Train new employees on plant procedures and equipment operation. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- **Performance Management**: Conduct regular performance evaluations for direct reports, providing feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals and improve performance.
- **Problem Solving**: Address production issues and equipment malfunctions in a timely manner, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives, implementing changes as needed to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete various administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
