**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Outreach**:
- Call prospective clients to introduce insurance and loan offerings, explain benefits, and address inquiries.
- Contact existing customers for policy renewals or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., offering loans to insurance clients).
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:
- Generate high-quality leads for insurance policies and loan services.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, income, and eligibility criteria for loans or insurance plans.
- Schedule follow-up calls to close sales or provide further assistance.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Clearly explain the features, terms, and benefits of various insurance policies (e.g., health, life, vehicle) and loan types (e.g., personal, home, business).
- Address customer concerns, provide accurate details, and resolve doubts effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with claims, loan disbursement queries, or policy renewal processes.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate call records, including customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM.
- Track lead progress and report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to the team lead.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet assigned targets for lead generation, policy sales, and loan approvals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all communications comply with legal and company policies.
- **Market Feedback**:
- Share customer feedback or challenges faced during calls with the management team for continuous improvement.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (experience in insurance or loans is a plus).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance and loan products (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
