Job Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repairs and any changes to the cost or time estimate

Preparing estimates: Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and body work

Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines

Ensuring quality: Checking the quality of completed repairs and returning vehicles to technicians if needed

Following up: Following up with customers after repairs are complete to ensure their satisfaction

Managing records: Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions

Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring that vehicles are clean and parked in the correct areas

Managing billing: Managing scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services

Understanding insurance: Understanding insurance company estimates of repairs and checking their accuracy

Ordering parts: Completing parts order sheets and investigating alternative sources for hard-to-locate parts

Eligibility: Canditate should have 2years of experience in Auto mobile industry.
