Electrical Trainer

Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on Dialux software for individuals and groups.

Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.

Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to ensure participants grasp the concepts effectively.

Customize training programs based on the specific needs and skill levels of participants.

Stay updated on the latest features and advancements in Dialux software to incorporate into training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Offer support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions.

Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to enhance overall training programs.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Dialux Trainer or similar role.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs of participants.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Relevant certifications in Dialux or lighting design would be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,606.73 - ₹30,000.00 per month
