Requirements:

- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Previous Experience of 1 to 5 years in Sales & Marketing Department.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market visits to identify the existing customer’s needs and trends, tap their new business requirements and identify competitor’s activities and products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand customer requirements and position the company's products or services effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives with Organic (Incremental) growth from existing customers as well as generating New business.
- Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with mínimal outstanding.
- In case of any issues related to quality or rejections, coordinate with the quality team and ensure that the customer issue is resolved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to sales management on a regular basis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend business meetings and events.
