**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with lead media buyers to gather briefs for new campaigns, essential for the accounts managed by the POD
- Collecting references and translating them into captivating campaign designs
- Staying abreast of industry advancements and leveraging the latest tools for design innovation
- Engaging in motion graphics and video editing to create dynamic visual content
- Ensuring the timely delivery of creatives, typically 5-7 creatives per day

**What we need from you**
- A graphic design qualification or equivalent (BSc/BFA degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field)
- A portfolio showcasing your diverse design projects and creative range
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer
- Proficiency with image design tools like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense
