As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive maintenance or repair services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing vehicle issues, recommending appropriate services, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and issues.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and estimated costs to customers.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles during the service process.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Perform initial vehicle inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to convey customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing complex vehicle issues by providing detailed information and observations.
- Review repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before finalizing service recommendations.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance services based on vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates for recommended services, including parts and labor costs.
- Prioritize recommended services based on safety considerations, customer preferences, and budget constraints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and vehicle history in the dealership's database.
- Ensure that all service-related documents and paperwork are completed accurately and filed appropriately.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Above 1 Year experience in automotive service advisory role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
