**Key Responsibilities**:
End-to-end Assets Management.

**Asset Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets using asset management software.Track and manage the lifecycle of each asset from procurement to disposal.

**Inventory Management**:
Verify physical inventory against records to ensure accuracy.**Asset Allocation**:

- Allocate assets to employees based on business needs and ensure proper documentation.Monitor and manage the redistribution of assets as required.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure all assets are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain records of compliance checks and audits.

**Asset Retrieval & Recovery**:

- Develop and implement processes for the timely retrieval of assets from departing employees.Ensure mínimal loss and facilitate the reassignment of recovered assets.
- **Asset Condition Assessment**:

- Inspect returned assets to determine their condition and suitability for redeployment.Coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

**Loss Prevention**
- Identify and mitigate risks related to asset loss or theft.Implement and maintain security measures to protect company assets.

**Reporting**
- Generate regular reports on asset status, recovery rates, and loss incidents.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving asset management and recovery processes.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Asset management**:Proficiency in asset management or related roles
- **Technical Understanding**: Basic technical knowledge related to the types of assets being managed.
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
