**Position: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate posting of entries.
- Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and supporting documentation.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in handling notices, assessments, and liaise with consultants when required.

**Audit Support**:

- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reconciliations.
- Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny and variance analysis.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Perform ratio analysis, trend analysis, and basic financial modeling if required.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in current accounting processes and suggest improvements.
- Support implementation of internal controls and automation tools.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and the ability to work in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
